On June 17, the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Faculty of Law is organising the second conference dedicated to current issues in the field of medical law. This year's conference will focus on the legal aspects of remote health care services, the experience of Germany and the Baltic States.

Pāvels Mustafins will defend his doctoral dissertation in an online open meeting of the RSU Health & Sports Science Degree Committee on 7 June. His dissertation is titled 'Indicators of Health and Quality of Life of People with Disabilities – Sitting Volleyball Players'.

RSU Recognised as the Best Workplace in the Public Sector

On 5 April, Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) was awarded the title of TOP Employer in the Public Sector category at the 2022 awards ceremony. RSU was named the best employer among 50 organisations from the public sector and also holds the 30th position in the overall rankings.

The TOP Employer survey was conducted for the twelfth consecutive year by CV-Online Latvia, a leading online recruitment company, by interviewing almost 16,000 employees. In total, more than 1,800 companies were included across all categories of the survey.

RSU International Student Conference 2023 Has Come to a Close

On 27 and 28 March this year, the International Student Conference (ISC23) in Health and Social Sciences took place for the 9th time at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU). The conference brought together more than 2,500 students from around the world interested in science and research. This year, after a 4-year pause, the conference was held in person again.
