On 15 May 2025, the Ambassador of Ukraine will visit the Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Medical Education Technology Centre (METC).
During the visit, the Ambassador will be introduced to the university and its military medical training activities.
On 4 May, the 35th anniversary of the restoration of the independence of the Republic of Latvia, the highest state awards were presented at Riga Castle. In accordance with the decisions of the President of Latvia and the Chapter of Orders on 24 March, these honours were awarded to individuals whose professional and social contributions are of particular national significance. Among the recipients were two lecturers from Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) and a member of the RSU Convention of Councillors, Māris Rēvalds.
