On 7 May, during a ceremonial event at the Latvian National Museum of History, the Cabinet of Ministers' Letters of Commendation and the highest awards in the justice system – Medals of Honour – were presented. Among those recognised were three lecturers from Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU).

Those Rīga Stradiņš University employees who have been awarded the highest honours of the Latvian state and judicial system, the Ministry of Health’s Letters of Commendation and Acknowledgement, as well as the Cabinet of Ministers’ Letters of Commendation in autumn 2024 and this year will be honoured and congratulated on Monday, 20 May, at 15:00 in the Senate Hall.

We welcome everyone to join in the celebration!

As the seasons change, it's the perfect time to declutter and give a second life to items you no longer use. The RSU Spring Market invites students and staff to participate in a sustainable and community-driven event where you can sell or give away pre-loved clothing, accessories, and more. Whether it’s a coat that no longer fits your style, shoes that have barely been worn, or sportswear you no longer need – bring them to the market and let someone else enjoy them!
