RSU Department of Sports and Nutrition invites everyone interested to a guest lecture: Nudging – a chance for healthy food choices. The lecture will take place on 6 April via Zoom (in English).

Every day we make countless decisions related to food choices, and many of these decisions are made unconsciously. The so-called 'Nudging method' facilitates our decision-making process. This method is widely used in many areas, including in the promotion of healthier eating habits.

COVID-19 is not the first pandemic in history and is unlikely to be the last, which is why it is important to understand the historical aspects of pandemics.
