Objective

To provide students with knowledge of the role, indicators, key players in the health care system and the impact of system quality on the labour market at national and international levels.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge in Public Health or Macroeconomics.

Knowledge of health and social care systems in the world, their indicators and socio-economic impact.

The student is able to identify the main risks and critically analyse the possible solutions in the context of the socio-economic conditions and the health care system

The student is able to take part in discussions on the interrelation of socio-economic conditions and health care system and is aware of their complex nature
