On Wednesday, 12 November, the Ministry of Defence hosted a ceremonial signing of cooperation agreements between the Ministry and four research universities – Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU), the University of Latvia, Riga Technical University, and the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies.

On Thursday, 13 November, Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) held its doctoral graduation ceremony in the Great Hall, awarding 19 Doctor of Science degrees.
