For RSU Employees

Dear students!

Over the last week, COVID-19 cases have risen rapidly in Latvia. The situation is similar in many parts of Europe. Some coronavirus cases have also been identified among RSU students. These cases have been traced by the Latvian Centre for Disease Prevention and Control and by RSU. All contacts have been identified, and they are complying with quarantine requirements.

These cases do not give RSU a reason for making any changes to the prescribed arrangements for the study process. The study process at RSU is safe and RSU will continue using the blended learning approach to studies, i.e. combining remote and on-campus learning.

If the situation, or any decisions about the study process change, RSU management will communicate the information via official RSU communication channels: on the website, on the student portal MyRSU, as well as sending information to students and lecturers via e-mail.

Please follow all news about restrictions to limit the spread of COVID-19 at RSU here.

RSU is working in accordance with Regulation No. 360, issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia, “Epidemiological Safety Measures to Limit the Spread of Covid-19 Infection”, and is following Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Health news regarding the limitation of the spread of COVID-19.
