Jekaterina Pankova is a lecturer at Rīga Stradiņš University with extensive experience in project management and business process development in both the academic and financial sectors. At RSU, she develops and teaches courses on project management (Prince2, Agile) and business process management (Lean Six Sigma), as well as supervises students’ research papers and participates in academic committees. Pankova’s research interests are related to aspects of human factors and remote work, with regular participation at conferences and publication of research studies. Prior to entering academia, Jekaterina Pankova managed processes and change projects at several leading Latvian banks. She is currently a doctoral student in the field of human factors, occupational safety and health.
