Study of the degree/structure of PSA, PSMA and TCERG1L DNA methylation in cancer and non-cancer cell lines

The aim of the project is to determine the regulatory element of Oct4 for CpG and CCWGG methylation/hydroxymethylation structure low malignancy and aggressive prostate cancer forms, to analyse expression patterns of Oct4 isoforms in order to identify aggressiveness of prostate cancer.
