The Open University of Riga Stradiņš University (RSU) offers courses that can be attended by everyone in the RSU as unenrolled student. It is a good opportunity: to acquire new skills and competences; to increase competitiveness in the labour market; to get to know the programme chosen for studies; 
You can choose Open University courses if you cannot learn a full study programme in higher education.
