Preliminary Knowledge:
High school computer science knowledge.
Objective:
To increase the knowledge and competence about contemporary computer system appliance in modern life and work environment, about data management, analysis, modelling and cloud co-working.

Prepare and give a presentation on one of the selected core topics of the course.
Assessment Criteria:
Active participation in workshops, successful completion of two or three tests. (Teamwork / Software / (+) / Hardware)

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:The aim of the study course is to provide students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge of modern informatics elements and their essence, effective organization of group work simultaneously and remotely, advantages of various information systems (software and hardware), including Internet, as well as to introduce graphic and classic programming. To the extent possible, to develop an efficient organization of individual work and teamwork among students, to optimize students work with information and various modern information systems.
Skills:As a result of successful completion of the course students will be able to: select the information necessary for their studies in the optimal amount of health care; design study papers using different types of fields - table of contents, references, signatures; to renew fields in study work; obtain data through an appropriate questionnaire using forms and the Internet; prepare data for processing in MS Excel; select data by various criteria; perform calculations with data.
Competencies:As a result of the study course students will be able to select the information necessary for their studies, to design study papers, to obtain and prepare data.
