Study course description
Preliminary Knowledge:
Professional Bachelor’s degree in Law. In particular – knowledge on the legal theory, legal methods, philosophy of law, administrative and constitutional law, administrative process.
Objective:
To promote students' in-depth knowledge of administrative law and administrative procedure law. Analyze recent court decisions to understand things that are ambiguous in practice or theory.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
A summary, the topic of which must be agreed with the relevant course leader and developed by the end of the course. Homework – case analysis. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
The student's evaluation is expressed in %. Work in seminars – 15%; Summary – 15% Homework – case analysis – 20% Exam – 50%. Students who have not passed all examinations with a grade of at least 50% will not be admitted to the exam.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students are able to demonstrate their understanding and orient themselves in current issues of legal regulation in the field of administrative and administrative procedure law.
Skills:Ability to work in a team. Ability to make decisions. Students are able to reasonably apply the norms of administrative law in solving wedding analyzes.
Competencies:Students are able to demonstrate understanding and distinguish between private and public law. Able to apply regulatory enactments corresponding to the specifics of administrative law, substantiate decisions and, if necessary, perform additional analysis.
