Preliminary Knowledge:
Anatomy, physiology, patologic physiology and psychology.
Objective:
Students gain the knowledge of emergency and elective abdominal surgical diseases, of the outbreak, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnosis, treatment, prevention principles.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:The student should acquire knowledge of different surgical disease diagnosis and appropriate tactics for treatment.
Skills:On study course completion the student will be able to evaluate the various clinical situations in the context of surgical pathology.
Competencies:On completion of the study course, students will be able to: • analyse the findings of the investigation; • create the necessary laboratory and instrumental investigation plan for the patient; • argue, rationalise and to formulate expanded surgical clinical diagnosis; • formulate the conservative and surgical treatment.
