Preliminary Knowledge: | Anatomy, physiology, patologic physiology and psychology. | ||||||||
Objective: | Students gain the knowledge of emergency and elective abdominal surgical diseases, of the outbreak, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnosis, treatment, prevention principles. | ||||||||

Knowledge: | The student should acquire knowledge of different surgical disease diagnosis and appropriate tactics for treatment. | ||||||||
Skills: | On study course completion the student will be able to evaluate the various clinical situations in the context of surgical pathology. | ||||||||
Competencies: | On completion of the study course, students will be able to: • analyse the findings of the investigation; • create the necessary laboratory and instrumental investigation plan for the patient; • argue, rationalise and to formulate expanded surgical clinical diagnosis; • formulate the conservative and surgical treatment. | ||||||||
