Unaided Work: | Study of mediation experience in social work in literature (summary of literature – essay); analysis of cases of social conflict and creation of a mediation scenario. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Summary of literature – essay 30%, case analysis and presentation of a mediation scenario – 40%, participation in practice classes – 30%. | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the effective settlement of conflicts and the use of social mediation in working with individuals, families, groups, organisations and communities from the point of view of social work. | ||||||||
Skills: | Able to explain, rationalise and discuss different values or interests with regard to social decision-making; able to develop skills and competence independently, take responsibility in mediation practice. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Able to independently formulate and critically analyse social conflicts, able to integrate knowledge into mediation practices in different areas and contribute to the development of innovative methods in the field of social work. | ||||||||
