Skills: | Students will be able to describe the basic principles of exercises for pregnant women, the recommended types of activities, as well as contraindicated activities. Compare the importance of post-natal exercises, depending on the type of delivery. Make a physiotherapy program for women with uterine and vaginal prolapse and urinary incontinence. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Students will be able to recommend appropriate exercises for pregnant women, and post-natal women. | ||||||||
