Objective:
To provide students with knowledge of the psychological regularities of human relationships. To help develop practical skills of active listening, public speaking, teamwork, conflict resolution, interaction with people of different personality types.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Describe the concepts of communication psychology, explain the basic problems and facts analysed in communication psychology.
Skills:Use different terminology of communication psychology; explain socio-psychological phenomena in everyday situations, analyse their causes and possible consequences; explain the mechanisms of interpersonal influence.
Competencies:Apply the knowledge of communication psychology in their communication.
