Preliminary Knowledge:
Anatomy, physiology of sport, biochemistry of sport, basics of health sport, kinesiology.
Objective:
Acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the use of cardio equipment, their programs and various aerobic fitness tests in health sports training.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Independently learns different course topics from the literature sources indicated by the lecturer. Develops and executes a training program for aerobic work capacity. Develops and enhances skills and competences in the use of cardiovascular training equipment and their programs. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
Students' participation in practical classes is evaluated (20%), skills to use cardio equipment in programmed and programmable programs (20%), theoretical knowledge of cardio equipment, their programs and applications (20%), developed aerobic work capacity program (20%), aerobic work capacity assessment (20%).

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students will know the different cardiovascular training programs, their specifics, the division of the programs according to different principles, the different cardiovascular training models, different aerobic fitness tests.
Skills:Will be able to use various cardio equipment and their programs in classes with clients of different age and physical fitness, to test and evaluate their aerobic fitness.
Competencies:Will be able to use various cardio equipments, choose the most appropriate and effective training programs to increase the aerobic work capacity of clients and the most suitable tests for testing and evaluating aerobic work capacity.
