Preliminary Knowledge:
Course prerequisites: basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
Objective:
To promote the knowledge of sexual health and to develop students' skills to plan and conduct workshops.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
To develop and conduct 2 classes to pupils in a school in Latvia. At the end of the study course, it is desirable to fill in the course evaluation questionnaire.
Assessment Criteria:
Developed and practically conducted 2 lessons on sexual health (50% of the assessment); 10 questions on sexual health were answered (50% of the assessment).

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:About the principles of lesson structuring and planning; on the physical and emotional changes in puberty; about relationship building; knowledge about eating disorders; where to look for help in case of problems; knowledge of understanding of the role of stereotypes, their mechanisms of formation; knowledge of contraceptive methods, the principles of use and effectiveness; knowledge about the most common myths among young people about the initiation of sexual relations.
Skills:Skills to set out a plan for conducting lessons and to realize with use of language that young people understand; skills to respond to questions of young people; skills to demonstrate condoms and other contraceptive methods.
Competencies:Holistic understanding of the concept of sexuality, processes during puberty, competence about the boundaries of their aiding ability in different situations, what is a conscious decision to start a sexual relationship, and how to talk about it.
