Preliminary Knowledge:
Individual supervision, Counseling and problem solving methods in supervision, Group supervision, Intervention group, Team and organization supervision, Supervisor's personality qualities, Practice I, II, III.
Objective:
To develop and improve the knowledge, skills and competence necessary for the profession of a supervisor in order to professionally use counseling methods and evaluation of results, in accordance with the needs of the supervisee / supervisee and the specifics of the professional environment, as well as basic professional and general ethics.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Students, under the supervision of a supervisor, according to the situation and the order, perform an assessment, lead the supervision process, choosing suitable work methods. Keeps a record of your activities. Describes the formulated criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of supervision. Writes a professional development diary. Descriptions of two supervision cases (individual and group or team) are prepared in writing according to the criteria and according to the given scheme, they are presented.
Assessment Criteria:
1) The student actively participates in classes, analyzes his / her activity, reflects on his / her own and other professional work. 2) Supervision protocols meet the requirements, are filled in correctly. 3) Two case studies have been prepared and presented, including appropriate theoretical substantiation. The case study indicates the initial purpose / issue of supervision; a brief description of supervision (key milestones); supervisor countertransference; parallel processes; analyzed whether the purpose of supervision was achieved (substantiate, even if it was not achieved); what is the result of supervision. Case studies are written in easy-to-understand and professional language. The most important information is collected, which is logically arranged, argued and based on a diverse literature. References in the APA style are correctly formed in the text.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Compares and evaluates different concepts, types, forms and models of supervision; describes theories, models and methods of adult education in the context of supervision; defines and describes the supervision process, the result to be achieved and its evaluation individually / in a group / organization; describes and substantiates supervision methods and techniques for individual / group / organizational work; explains the need to improve the supervisee's professional difficulties, needs and resources individually / in a group / organization and plans the supervision process and the results to be achieved.
Skills:Applies methods suitable for a person, group or organization in the supervision process, creating a creative, structured environment and based on adult education models; develops the self-esteem, analytical, self-reflection and self-regulation skills of the supervised persons, which help to solve professional problems independently; analyzes and evaluates the development and efficiency of the supervision process, draws up supervision documentation.
Competencies:Independently organizes, administers and manages the supervision process at the individual / group / team / organization level, understanding the specifics of the professional environment and applying appropriate methods; independently draw up the documentation related to supervision, observing the employment legal relations, personal data protection and labor protection regulations; implements ethical responsibility in practice, understanding the potential impact of one's actions on an individual, group, team or organization.
