Preliminary Knowledge:
Knowledge in social sciences on highschool level.
Objective:
To introduce students with communication and consultation basic skills, specific communication skills and self-communication.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Students individually read the provided materials and gather information. Work in teams and discuss with collegues, participate in role plays.
Assessment Criteria:
Active participation in practical classes, homeworks done in time and according to requirements, quality of oral answers (including skills and theoretical knowledge applicability in cases of demonstrations and role play); Test: evaluation of communication skills and ability to consult different groups of patients and health care specialists.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students will have gained knowledge which allows to: • understand communication principles; • manage usage of different communication forms.
Skills:Students will be able to: • use specific skills in dealing with hard situation in real life; • use guidelines for medical communication in their work.
Competencies:Student will be able to: • consult patients and health care specialists and patients in questions of medicamentous therapy related issues; • manage personnel, unite the team for accomplishment of professional goals.
