Preliminary Knowledge:
Basics of Law.
Objective:
To analyse the current issues of communication law in cooperation with students, improving the competence of the doctoral student of communication science in work (research) with the principles and norms of communication law.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students understand the concepts and main issues of communication law, know the laws and basic literature of communication law.
Skills:Students are able to identify and critically analyse problem situations, seeking the necessary legal regulation, court judgments and substantiating their opinion.
Competencies:Students are able to use their knowledge in communication law to solve a practical case, as well as use their knowledge in the development of a doctoral thesis.
