Katherine is Policy Researcher in the Outward Mobility team at Universities UK International and is responsible for the research portfolio of the Go International: Stand Out campaign. Katherine led on a European Commission funded project to widen participation in outward mobility which produced a report and transferable toolkit of advice and case studies to help institutions across the EHEA develop effective strategies to increase the number of students from underrepresented groups participating in outward mobility programmes.

Katherine joined UUKi from Goldsmiths College where she worked in a number of roles including researching the College’s Internationalisation Strategy and managing the Politics and International Relations Department. Prior to that she worked at King’s College London on strategic projects. Outside of higher education, Katherine worked for the corporate social responsibility charity Business in the Community on the diversity campaign Race for Opportunity.
