Objective: | To prepare students to provide emergency medical care in various urgent situations that can occur in dentistry care. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | Preparation of presentations according to the thematic plan, using the recommended literature and Internet sources, followed by evaluation and analysis in practical classes. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | Test method: Exam. Each student receives two theoretical questions. They are answered in the form of a discussion. Proof of acquired skills. | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | As a result of mastering the study course, students will be able to perform basic resuscitation, use an external defibrillator. Take action in case of choking. Evaluate and provide first aid in emergency situations in cardiology, pulmonology, neurology and pediatrics. | ||||||||
Skills: | The student is able to realize basic and elements of advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management, and emergency medical care urgent situations. | ||||||||
Competencies: | The student is able to provide effective emergency care in various urgent situations. | ||||||||
