Study course description
Preliminary Knowledge:
Study Courses “Theory of Law”, “Administrative Law” and “Administrative Procedure Law” should be taken.
Objective:
The aim of the study course is to provide students with the opportunity to acquire: understanding and basic skills in drawing up administrative and normative acts with particular attention to the content, structure, basic principles and legal technique; to enhance understanding of the further advancement of administrative and normative acts. Tasks: 1. Develop concepts of legal technique; 2. Describe the innovative principles and requirements for normative and administrative acts; 3. Delve into specific character of further advancement of administrative and normative acts.

Unaided Work:
Group project, case studies. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.
Assessment Criteria:
During the study course, an administrative act and a normative act must be drawn (following the instructions of the lecturer) and presented and the own performance justified. Exam

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:The student will know and be able to apply the basic principles and requirements of legal technique, the process of furthering regulatory acts and administrative acts.

Competencies:Will be able to analyze and practically prepare regulatory and administrative acts, according to the requirements of legal technique.
