| Preliminary Knowledge: | Study Courses “Theory of Law”, “Administrative Law” and “Administrative Procedure Law” should be taken. | ||||||||
| Objective: | The aim of the study course is to provide students with the opportunity to acquire: understanding and basic skills in drawing up administrative and normative acts with particular attention to the content, structure, basic principles and legal technique; to enhance understanding of the further advancement of administrative and normative acts. Tasks: 1. Develop concepts of legal technique; 2. Describe the innovative principles and requirements for normative and administrative acts; 3. Delve into specific character of further advancement of administrative and normative acts. | ||||||||
