Literature study, case study. In order to evaluate the quality of the study course as a whole, the student must fill out the study course evaluation questionnaire on the Student Portal.

Individual of group homework: discourse analysis of a text or conversation.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Knows the main theoretical concepts of relations between language and reality; methodology of text and conversation analysis.
Skills:Collection of linguistic data, creation of a minicorpus, extraction of data with Bash and SketchEngine, development of discourse analysis methodology for case study.
Competencies:Critically evaluate the role of language in meaning making and mantaining of power relations.
