Preliminary Knowledge:
Public health and epidemiology, research, infection control, internal medicine and statistics.
Objective:
Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding that provides the basis for creative thinking, including working in various fields scientifically based prevention programme planning and evaluation.

Assessment Criteria:

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:The result of the course learning is that students will gain an understanding and will be able to describe scientific integration process role in development of clinical medicine and public health strategies organization in Latvia.
Skills:Students will be able to identify science-based problems in the health care system.
Competencies:During the course students will be able to plan, work-out and evaluate the scientifically-based prevention program on promoting public health.
