Preliminary Knowledge:
The study course Research Methodology and Logics has been mastered.
Objective:
To familiarise students with the basic principles of scientific methodology and their use; to familiarise with the organisation, planning and implementation of scientific research work.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Students supervised by the scientific paper supervisor conduct a theoretical review of scientific literature and draft the research part of the course paper.
Assessment Criteria:
Independently and properly prepared analysis of literature and research part implemented on the selected topic and its presentation (defence).

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students know profoundly the basic principles of scientific methodology and their use; know the steps of planning and implementation of scientific research work.
Skills:To read, select and structure scientific literature and to prepare a literature review on the selected topic; to plan independently the design of the work; able to select research methods relevant to the subject of the scientific research work; able to plan and implement the use of research methods.
Competencies:Students are able to independently acquire, select and analyse information independently and use it; able to use research methods to carry out research activities.
