Assessment
Unaided Work:
Preparation and presentation of reports on morphological topics, use of Internet resources for mastering histological topics (including preparations). Individual work with recommended literature, according to the topics of lectures and classes. Analysis of study preparations.
Assessment Criteria:
Selection and use of special literature, analysis of theoretical material, independent analysis of preparations. The oral exam assesses the student's theoretical and practical knowledge (essay questions and recognition of preparations).
Final Examination (Full-Time):Exam (Oral)
Final Examination (Part-Time):
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:As a result of mastering the study course, students will systematize information about the tissues of the human body, their structure; will provide an overview of the functional morphology of the female genitals, will formulate the main principles of human development; collect information on the preparation and documentation of morphological preparations.
Skills:As a result of the study course, students will be able to distinguish the main tissue groups and describe organ systems.
Competencies:Competence in interpreting of tissue structure, demonstration of cells and extracellular matrix using a microscope, interpreting contribution of main tissue components to the events along with normal conditions.
