Preliminary Knowledge:
Social psychology, basics of management.
Objective:
To develop students’ understanding of conflict resolution and personnel management, in particular personnel counselling, to improve skills in doing that.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Report, agreeing on the topic with the university lecturer, independent reading.
Assessment Criteria:
At the beginning and at the end of each class theoretical knowledge of students is checked (20%). Participation in seminars (20%). Report (30%), agreeing on the topic with the university lecturer. Written exam (30%).

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students understand modern conflict resolution and personnel counselling approaches, methods and strategies.
Skills:Students know how to find the most adequate conflict resolution and counselling strategy in a specific situation and substantiate their choice.
Competencies:Students are able to consult a person and to resolve a conflict by using obtained knowledge in research and practical activity.
