Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:On successful study course completion the students will be able to define the patient's problem and be able to explain the treatment plan in prosthetics for simple clinical situations. Students will be able to describe the stages of treatment, the applied treatment technology and the used materials, prosthetics tools, removable and non-removable making dentures. Will use knowledge of the use of digital technology in dentistry.
Skills:On successful study course completion students will be able to develop a simple clinical situations treatment plan in dental prosthetics and make prosthetic non-removable and removable dentures, working through the simple steps of clinical situations. Will know how to use intraoral scanners.
Competencies:By developing a treatment plan students will be able to properly organize clinically obtained information, process and interpret it. When working with patients in clinic, students will be able to solve a variety of problem situations, making dental prosthetics in simple clinical situations. Students will be evaluate the use of intraoral scanners in various clinical situations.
