On 11 November 2025, students of the Faculty of Medicine with high academic achievements in the 2024/2025 academic year were honoured in the Great Hall of Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU).
On Tuesday, December 2, the Laboratory of Sports and Nutrition Research (LSNR) at Riga Stradiņš University (RSU) will be officially opened. The event will be attended by RSU management, cooperation partners, and other invited guests.
LSNR is the first scientific laboratory of its kind in Latvia, and one of its main goals is to strengthen international cooperation. It serves as an important platform for students and researchers, promoting the development of scientific excellence at RSU and the international visibility of the university.
On 1 and 2 December, representatives of AHPGS, an agency recognised by the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME), and a group of international experts will be visiting Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU). During the visit, the quality of the Medicine programme and the study environment will be evaluated.
On 26 November at 12:00, the leadership of Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) will honour staff members in the RSU Great Hall whose work and achievements have stood out both nationally and within the university.
