Objective
The aim of the course is to provide knowledge of the functions and capabilities of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), as well as knowledge and practical skills for advocacy in Latvia and Europe, planning and conducting lobbying campaigns, and becoming a recognized and respected partner national and international institutions in the development, decision-making and implementation of decisions.
Prerequisites
Understanding of the structure, activities and interests of public administration in the political decision-making process.
