Objective

To advance the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge in project development and management by developing and presenting a project according to ones’ professional interests and requirements of a self-chosen national or international project tender.

Prerequisites

Not required.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

Students explain the concept of the project, name the basic principles for its creation, planning, implementation and management, as well as team formation, rising of funds and risk assessment.

Skills

Students select and aggregate the information about the available project tenders, formulate a topical and creative project idea, plan the aspects of activities, funding, control, risk management, communication and teamwork, as well as select the collaboration partners. Describe the project according to the criteria and structure, laid down by the chosen project tender. Present their own idea and project.

Competence

During the teamwork students plan and describe a project which corresponds to the basic principles of project management and present it to the audience.
