Objective

Aim is to strengthen theoretical base and practical skills of the students who have participated in other "Clinical pharmacology" study courses of the graduate programme.

Prerequisites

Acquired theoretical course in "Clinical pharmacology" as part of Master's degree programme. Pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, practical pharmacy and pharmaceutical legislation, social pharmacy and pharmaceutical care.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

The student will understand the medication use in the hospital and the circulation of pharmacological documentation.

Skills

The student will be able to analyse and evaluate the medical treatment of urological patients. Together with the doctor the student will be able to set up a treatment plan and monitor its implementation.

Competence

The student will assess and analyse the treatment plan according to international recommendations and the financial resources available.
