RSU Business Incubator

RSU Business Incubator is a place where new ideas and solutions for a better future are created – it is a sandbox for RSU students, researchers and employees, where they can create crazy ideas, test them and experiment. Once the right idea has been found, all that remains is to develop it into a real product or service. Incubator programme participants learn the basics of idea generation and entrepreneurship, work with mentors and find like-minded people to make the path to the realization of an idea easier. Financing also comes to the rescue – innovation vouchers are available to incubation programme participants to create, test and develop their ideas, which gives many the first impulse to take a practical step closer to their own start-up.

The Business Incubator at our university has been operating for six years and offers a diverse range of programmes. The incubator also offers a wide network of mentors and experts and valuable collaborations with companies, providing an idea bank with current industry challenges and the opportunity to create long-term partnerships.

Success stories

RSU Business Incubator is a place where new ideas and solutions for a better future are born. It is an environment where students can create ideas, test them and experiment to find a solution to develop further. Program participants learn the basics of idea generation and entrepreneurship, work with mentors and experts, receive feedback and find like-minded people to develop their ideas.

During the incubation program, students develop their ideas step by step, testing their potential and searching for the best solutions. At the 2026 Demo Day, 13 student teams presented their solutions. Three teams – TALLY, Medrix and Encanto Equestrian – stood out with their ideas and received a money prize of 3,000 euros for their further development.
