Preliminary Knowledge:
Knowledge in research methodology, evidence based practice in health care.
Objective:
Aim of the course is to deepen students' understanding of scientific discovery and health sciences research results applicability to society as well as to introduce students to the knowledge transfer strategies for different target groups in society.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Critical analysis of information and scientific publications, case analysis individually and in small groups.
Assessment Criteria:
Active participation in practical lectures and classes, timely submitted assignments and their quality. Examination will take cumulative format (the final mark combines evaluations form separate tasks performed during the course): 1) test- 10%; 2) independent studies- 30%; 3) individual assignement- 60%.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:On completion of the course students will know and understand the knowledge exchange, synthesis and ethically-sound application aspects.
Skills:On completion of the course students will be able to plan the transfer of knowledge and communication between researchers and various user (target) groups in society.
Competencies:On completion of the course students will be able to critically analyse the situation in the context of different rehabilitation settings and promote evidence-based practice.
