Unaided Work: | 1) Choosing learning and teaching styles. 2) Choosing teaching methods based on the teaching objective. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | 1) Independent studies – a test / study guide. 2) Analysis of a pedagogical situation (presentation in group). 3) Exam paper – critical analysis of the “The Concept of Preventive Compulsory Measures” developed by TM – “Pedagogical aspects”. 4) Exam paper – a detailed plan of a lesson, class, or lecture – a synopsis in the field of legal education or education. (Selected target group and topic). Assessment according to the RSU Academic Regulations I. | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | During the study process, students acquire basic knowledge about the essence of pedagogical work, the origins and historical development thereof up to the present day. Students acquire didactic knowledge. Acquire modern teaching methods in pedagogy and andragogy. Acquire teaching and learning styles, basic principles of modern education quality. | ||||||||
Skills: | The student understands the essence of pedagogical work, basic principles of organisation of the pedagogical process, essence of upbringing, as well as the modern pedagogical environment. Is able to choose and apply teaching methods appropriate to the teaching objective. Understands the essence of a competence approach to education. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Students are able to integrate the acquired knowledge into further study process and practice of law specialists. | ||||||||
