Preliminary Knowledge: | Individual supervision; Counselling and problem solving methods in supervision; Supervisor personality quality; Intervention group I. | ||||||||
Objective: | To provide knowledge, develop skills and competence for the organization of group supervision and process management in order to professionally use group work methods and evaluation of results, in accordance with the needs of the supervisee and the specifics of the professional environment, as well as basic professional and general ethics. | ||||||||

Unaided Work: | To study the indicated sources and literature independently. Perform a written analysis of the given case / video material according to the criteria and based on the theory. Presentation of one of the theoretical approaches to the group process. | ||||||||
Assessment Criteria: | 1) Active participation in classes, independent acquisition of literature sources (20%). 2) Prepare and present group case analysis (learning supervision / videos), substantiating, describing group processes, dynamics, and supervision process (40%). 3) Presentation to the group (in a lesson) about one of the theoretical approaches to group work, using the latest research (40%). | ||||||||

Learning Outcomes | |||||||||
Knowledge: | Master`s students know and recognise, describe the most important factors in group work; identify and describe the development stages, dynamics, resistance of the group process, their impact on the supervision process in the group. | ||||||||
Skills: | Master's students analyse cases about the supervision process in a group, assessing the professional difficulties, needs and resources of the group and individuals; choose suitable methods for group work, creating a creative, structured environment. | ||||||||
Competencies: | Analyse the work of the study supervision group; evaluate the dynamics and resistance of the supervision group in the supervision process; recognise parallel processes in the supervision group; justify the difficulties of supervision work, restrictions in the group; formulate recommendations for improving the work of the group. | ||||||||
