Assessment
Unaided Work:
Analysis of a project. The student writes a project application, describes the project idea, sets the project goal, project duration, funding sources and main expenses, plans the project activities and the project team, draws up a job description for one of the team members, sets the project evaluation criteria and the result to be achieved, identifies project risks, and analyses them, and sets actions for risk management. Presents the project application.
Assessment Criteria:
Analyses a project in health care, indicating its title, time, goals, sources of funding, activities, staff involved, results to be achieved.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Knowledge of the basic principles of drawing up a project and project management, project team management, SWOT analysis and risk management, project financial management and project evaluation criteria.
Skills:Ability to apply the basic principles of drawing up a project and project management, to plan the project activities and manage the project finances and to set the project quality criteria. Ability to do SWOT analysis, identify, manage and analyse risks.
Competencies:Ability to get involved and participate in projects related to health care and social welfare, using the basic principles of project management.
