Preliminary Knowledge:
Knowledge on foundations of research methodology, skills in literature search and basic skills in writing scientific reports.
Objective:
The aim of the course is to give oportunity to students to critically analyze, to plan and manage research studies.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
Literature studies, critical analysis of publications and reviews, individual assignments, development of master thesis proposal.
Assessment Criteria:
Systematic check of knowledge and skills during practical classes which results in cumulative Examination: - credits for individual assignments- 10%; - intermediate reports on development of master thesis topic- 50%; – presentation of the master thesis proposal- 40%.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Student will know how to analyze actual topics in research and will be able to formulate research questions according to own professional competence.
Skills:Student will be able to plan and manage research process according to legal and ethical principles.
