Preliminary Knowledge:
Requires physical conditioning to perform exercises with kettlebells.
Objective:
To acquire basic knowledge of kettlebell sports and application of the most important exercises and drills in health sports and everyday physical activities.

Assessment
Unaided Work:
To acquire practical skills in kettlebell sport, to improve the technique of performing exercises, to develop motor abilities for passing practical tests.
Assessment Criteria:
Final assessment exam. The assessment consists of a cumulative examination. Active participation in lectures and practical classes 20%, practical test – technical demonstration of a kettlebell sport drill complex 40%; optional – participation in competitions 40%.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:The student knows the methodological instructions for the use of kettlebell sports equipment, performs the anatomical substantiation of exercises, knows the contraindications for the use of sports equipment, knows the rules of sports competitions.
Skills:Can perform exercises in accordance with their technical requirements, can explain their significance in health sports and development of human motor abilities, can perform exercises in competition mode, knows the methodology of teaching exercises in accordance with didactic principles.
Competencies:Student able to use weightlifting exercises in health sports and other physical activities
