Organization and implementation of the research process. Preparation and presentation of further professional development plan.
Assessment Criteria:
Written “Further development plan” (pass/ fail), self-reflection about one’s experience during the research (pass/ fail).

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Students compare and critically analyse different research strategies and designs to achieve their research goals as well as assess the potential risks and hazards that might arise during the research. Compare and choose the most suitable theoretical approaches and conceptions, ground the link between theory and practical work. Analyse ethical dilemmas.
Skills:Elaborate their own study, substantiating the topicality and problem of the study, formulating the aim and the research issue/ hypothesis, forming purposeful bibliography by choosing appropriate methods of data acquisition and analysis, integrating the ethical requirements of scientific research during the process of inclusion and selection of research subjects, conducting their consent. Apply the most suitable methods, techniques and interventions for gaining the set goal. Are critical during the process and towards the result.
Competencies:Students organise and manage their research project. Are conducting their activities ethically, according to their professional competence, recognise their professional advantages and restrictions. Are self-reflecting and reflecting about colleagues during the supervisions.
