Study course description
Preliminary Knowledge:
All compulsory, limited choice and optional study courses have been acquired.
Objective:
To test the competence of master students in the profession – the ability to lead a supervision session (individual or group), to conceptualize what is happening in the session and to answer the questions of the commission.
Assessment
Unaided Work:
Search, selection and analysis of theoretical sources in the context of the supervision case. A self-assessment report on the process of developing one's competencies during studies and a plan of professional further education have been prepared.
Assessment Criteria:
The Master's student organizes and leads a supervision session (individual or in a group): • establishing contact and concluding an agreement, • setting the goal of supervision, • use of appropriate interventions, techniques and methods, • cooperation with the supervisee during the session, • conceptualization of the supervision session.

Learning Outcomes
Knowledge:Describes and justifies the choice of theoretical approach to work in individual or group supervision. Describes the supervision process using professional terminology.
Skills:Choose an appropriate theoretical approach to work in individual or group supervision. Appropriate methods are used in the supervision process. Creates a creative and structured environment based on adult education models. Critically analyzes and evaluates the outcome of supervision.
Competencies:Organizes, administers and conducts a supervision session (individual or group). Understands the specifics of the professional environment and applies appropriate methods. Observe professional ethics. Performs self-reflection.
