Objective
The aim of the study course is to transfer knowledge and practical skills in order to analyse existing business models and to create new ones, based on conceptions of Osterwalder and Pigneur “Business Model Generation”.
Prerequisites
Introduction to entrepreneurship, English language.

Knowledge
Students have learned about the differences between a Business Model and a Business Plan.
Students have learned about the Lean Start up guidelines.
Students have acquired knowledge of business model cost and revenue calculations.

Acquired skills to commercialise business ideas and get seed funding for them.
