Objective

To provide an opportunity to develop skills in research, analysis, consulting organisations, as well as to develop skills in personnel selection, performance appraisal, talent management, employee development and motivation systems.

Prerequisites

Organisational psychology.

Knowledge

• Describes the types of consulting in organizations;
• Describes the most common problems related to the efficiency of employees, work teams and processes;
• Describes the main principles of consulting in organizations;
• Describes the methods of psychological research of organizations;
• Describes personnel selection methods;
• Describes the main principles of talent management.

Skills

• Sets and coordinates with the client the goals of providing psychological assistance in accordance with the needs of the organization and the basic principles of psychological science;
• Distinguishes and describes different company processes;
• Formulates a measurable problem in the context of the organization;
• Uses psychological research methods (interviews, tests, surveys, observation);
• Processes the obtained materials, draws up protocols, draws conclusions from the obtained data;
• Distinguishes between performance appraisal and personnel selection methods;
• Distinguishes the basic processes of talent management, employee development and motivation systems.

Competence

• Identifies a specific problem in the organization;
• Develops a plan for the analysis of this problem;
• Performs problem analysis;
• Performs analysis of the organization's basic and auxiliary processes;
• Describes the necessary improvements in the organization;
• Makes the necessary improvements and presents proposals.
