Objective
To provide students with an opportunity to understand the functioning of their consciousness and emotions, and develop the ability to apply this understanding in their further professional activities. Also, to increase students' quality of life and satisfaction with the study process at RSU.

Skills to monitor and analyse emotions and other mental processes. Ability to observe the flow of information through consciousness, differentiate its components and individualize particular details.
Attention focus, self-control and self-efficacy. Deeper understanding of inner psychic life and its dynamics. Facilitation of personal integration processes.
