As a result of learning sports massage, students will know the types, tasks and effects of sports massage on the body; indications and contraindications for the use of sports massage.

As a result of learning sports massage, students will be able to select and apply sports massage techniques according to the specific nature and objectives of the physical activity or type of sports.

The student will be able to use the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge about sports massage in their professional activities.
