Objective
By using aerobic basic steps, teach the students to compose and lead warming-up part of a class, give timely cues and follow the tempo of the music.
Prerequisites
Need picture of aerobics, desirable good fitness, music and sense of rhythm, choreography skills.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge
Student get known Aerobic language (terminology), basic aerobic steps, the technique of performing the steps. Also, knows different stretching exercises and its use in the warm-up and cool-down parts of the class.
Skills
Student is able to compose and lead the warming up and stretching, count music beats, give verbal cues and use “body language”.
Competence
Students learn how to build up an aerobic class, to choose suitable music tempo, as well as pedagogical and psychological aspects of aerobic training.
