Objective

The aim of the course is to provide knowledge and understanding of designing and managing social innovation design and its impact assessment methods.

Prerequisites

Preferably – microeconomics; innovation management and creativity; introduction to social work.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

As a result of the study course students will gain an understanding of innovation resources in social work and the concept of social enterprise, will be able to apply and integrate the acquired knowledge in the practice of solving social problems.

Skills

Students will be able to analyse, evaluate and apply the potential of a social enterprise in social work and social entrepreneurship practice in specific circumstances (community, municipality).

Competence

Ability to model and creatively develop forms of social work, applying social enterprise principles and logistics.
