The conference brought together international experts to share the latest research findings and practical insights into promoting healthy lifestyles, supporting behaviour change, healthy ageing, dietary habits, the role of physical activity, and the impact of stress on health.

The international experience and examples of good practice gained at the conference will inform the further development of RSU’s Health Promotion Consultant study programme, helping future professionals develop the expertise needed to provide effective, person-centred health promotion.
